RAPEBELLADONNA Policies
Terms & Conditions of Sale
These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through RAPEBELLADONNA’s online store by private and business customers. By placing an order, the customer confirms that all information submitted is accurate, current, and complete, and acknowledges that any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
All product displays and product listings are invitations to place an order and do not constitute a binding offer by RAPEBELLADONNA. A binding contract is formed only once the order is expressly accepted or the goods are dispatched.
RAPEBELLADONNA reserves the right to reject, suspend, limit, or cancel any order in cases including pricing error, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, misuse of promotional systems, automated ordering activity, incomplete identity details, or any conduct reasonably considered harmful to the brand or its operations.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and generally shipped within 2 working days, excluding weekends, public holidays, verification delays, exceptional demand periods, or events beyond reasonable control.
Delivery may take between 2 and 28 days depending on destination, customs review, carrier performance, weather conditions, seasonal volume, and regional logistics constraints. All delivery windows are estimates unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of customs clearance, repeated failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect by the customer, RAPEBELLADONNA may require payment of redelivery costs before re-shipment.
Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If the customer qualifies as a consumer under applicable law and the order constitutes an eligible distance contract, the customer generally has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons. For goods, this period generally begins when the customer or a third party designated by the customer receives the goods.
To exercise withdrawal, the customer must send a clear declaration of withdrawal to support@rapebelladonna.com. RAPEBELLADONNA may require sufficient information to identify the order and process the request accurately.
Where withdrawal is validly exercised, RAPEBELLADONNA will reimburse the legally required sums within the applicable statutory period and may withhold repayment until returned goods are received or evidence of dispatch is provided.
Returns & Exchanges
In addition to mandatory legal rights, RAPEBELLADONNA may offer a voluntary exchange-oriented support process for eligible items. Customers are encouraged to report items that arrive damaged or in a size different from the one ordered as soon as possible, ideally within 12 days of delivery.
For voluntary exchange review, returned items should retain all tags, branding, packaging, and original presentation, except to the extent necessary for reasonable inspection. Items showing wear, odor, alteration, misuse, contamination, or missing branded elements may be declined under the voluntary policy.
If approved, RAPEBELLADONNA may provide a replacement, corrected size, store credit by agreement, or another lawful and commercially reasonable remedy.
Refund Policy
Refunds required by law, including those arising from valid statutory withdrawal, will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Where legally required, repayment will generally be made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed with the customer.
For non-statutory accommodations, courtesy resolutions, or discretionary commercial gestures, RAPEBELLADONNA may offer gift card compensation or store credit where legally permitted and expressly accepted.
Gift card resolutions may include a special brand-exclusive benefit reserved for gift card holders, subject to availability, abuse controls, and any separately stated promotional terms.
Product Condition, Defects & Claims
Customers should inspect products promptly on delivery and report visible issues, shipping damage, or missing items without unnecessary delay. Prompt notice supports evidence gathering and logistics review, though mandatory legal rights remain unaffected where applicable.
RAPEBELLADONNA may request reasonable documentation including photographs of the item, labels, packaging, and the alleged issue. Unsupported, contradictory, repetitive, or abusive claims may be delayed or rejected where legally permissible.
Normal wear and tear, improper storage, third-party cleaning mistakes, unauthorized repairs, accidental damage after delivery, and acceptable artisanal variations in wash, texture, finish, print, or small-batch construction do not automatically constitute defects.

RAPEBELLADONNA maintains one official support channel for formal customer service matters: support@rapebelladonna.com.
Social channels such as TikTok may be used for informal brand interaction or light support guidance, but they do not automatically constitute valid legal notice, withdrawal declarations, or formal claims unless the brand expressly confirms otherwise.
Governing Law & Interpretation
These policies shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany to the extent permitted by law. If the customer is a consumer residing in another jurisdiction with mandatory protections, those non-waivable protections may continue to apply.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective to the fullest extent permitted, and the affected provision shall be interpreted as closely as possible to its intended lawful commercial purpose.
